Job Description

Summary The Showing Partner role is a client‑facing position focused on supporting active buyers by showing homes, coordinating tours, and delivering a high‑level experience throughout the home search process.

You will work directly with the team owner, handling in‑person interactions with clients while staying aligned with our team’s systems, standards, and communication.

Your primary focus is executing showings, gathering client feedback, and helping move clients closer to making confident purchase decisions.

This role puts you directly in the field with real clients, giving consistent exposure to active transactions and how successful deals come together.

It is an execution‑driven position designed for someone who wants to be involved in real production, build experience quickly, and develop the skills needed to grow within a high‑performing real‑estate team.

Responsibilities Complete PLACE New Agent Launch program – Build a strong foundation in real estate fundamentals, systems, and processes to ensure you can execute at a high level within the team.

Show homes and guide clients through the buying process – Work directly with buyers in the field, helping them evaluate properties and move confidently toward purchase decisions.

Provide detailed written feedback after showings – Capture client insights and reactions to refine search criteria, improve efficiency, and help the team better serve each client.

Write and negotiate offers on behalf of clients and the sales agent – Support the transaction process by structuring competitive offers and communicating effectively to help secure accepted contracts.

Lead – generate a minimum of 10 hours per week – Consistently build your pipeline to create future opportunities and ensure long‑term success within the role.

Participate in weekly script practice and team activities – Sharpen communication skills and stay aligned with team standards to improve conversion and client experience.

Attend weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings, and Partner Call – Stay accountable, continuously improve performance, and implement proven strategies that drive results.

Track all tasks and activities in PLACE Technology – Maintain accurate records and follow team systems to ensure consistency, accountability, and scalability.

Qualifications Active Real Estate License – Colorado (required) – Must be licensed to legally show homes, write offers, and participate in real estate transactions.

High school diploma or equivalent – Demonstrates foundational education and the ability to follow structured processes and systems.

People‑oriented with strong relationship skills – Ability to build trust quickly and maintain professional relationships with clients throughout the home buying process.

Positive, driven, and coachable mindset – Brings energy to the role, responds well to feedback, and is committed to continuous improvement.

Ambitious with a proven track record of success – Shows the ability to set goals, follow through, and perform at a high level in prior roles or environments.

Learning‑based and growth‑focused – Open to training, coaching, and new systems in order to develop real estate and leadership skills.

Strong ability to understand and match client needs to homes – Can listen, analyze preferences, and guide clients toward the right property decisions.
