We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a dynamic, people‑first General Manager to lead one of our shops and elevate the guest experience every day.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing FOH & BOH team Deliver exceptional guest experiences with a warm, positive, “+1” service mindset Manage daily operations

scheduling, labor, inventory, ordering, and store standards Ensure product quality, cleanliness, and consistency across all touchpoints Drive KPIs including P&L, COGS, labor, sales, and customer sentiment Oversee catering operations, events, and community activations Recruit, hire, onboard, and train team members who embody The Salty culture Solve problems proactively and maintain a calm, confident leadership presence What You Bring

4+ years of management experience in hospitality, QSR, or food & beverage Experience leading teams of 10+ per shift Strong understanding of P&L, labor management, scheduling, and operations A guest‑obsessed, people‑focused leadership style Ability to stay composed in high‑volume environments A positive, coachable, humble attitude with a drive to grow ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days) Ability to work weekends and holidays What We Offer
