Overview Our client is a middle-market specialized industrial construction services business supporting a variety of end-use customers and is backed by a leading private equity sponsor who has successfully professionalized the business by introducing infrastructure while driving significant growth across the Southwestern US and plans to continue this growth trajectory.

The company is poised to grow through acquisitive and organic strategies and looking for a hands-on growth-focused driver to continue to expand the scope of its market leadership.

Responsibilities Own and be responsible for all day-to-day operations.

Partner strategically with the CEO to prepare the business for accelerated growth while driving performance improvement.

Implement a culture of continuous improvement and be a hands-on, in-the-trenches leader with the confidence to make critical decisions and build out operations.

Develop and implement best practices across large-scale and middle-market industrial services, including the introduction of KPIs, improved reporting, budgeting, and team management.

Qualifications / Experience Experience with both large-scale and middle-market industrial services organizations.

Strong understanding of best practices and the ability to improve processes across organizations.

Experience introducing KPIs, improved reporting, budgeting, and team management.

Experience in private equity-backed or investor-driven enterprises focused on value creation is an asset.
