Job Description Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is an enterprise business automation platform that enables thousands of customers worldwide to connect, modernize, and automate mission‑critical applications, business processes, and workflows.

Responsibilities Platform Leadership Provide strategic leadership, direction, and vision for the development of the Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) platform, ensuring it is reliable, performant, and globally scalable.

Mentor, coach, and develop senior engineers and emerging leaders to build a high‑performing organization.

Drive enhancements within the existing software architecture while envisioning and implementing long‑term architectural improvements.

Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across engineering teams.

Strategic Leadership Define and articulate an ambitious AI‑driven product vision for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) platform.

Develop and own the long‑term roadmap for AI features and capabilities, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business priorities, and Oracle’s broader product strategy.

Collaborate with Oracle EHR, Oracle SaaS teams, Customer Success, and Performance & Stress teams to influence product development and platform enhancements.

Stay ahead of industry trends, AI advancements, and the competitive landscape to maintain Oracle’s leadership position.

Customer & Business Impact Champion a customer‑first mindset, ensuring platform capabilities deliver measurable business value and improve customer outcomes.

Act as the point of escalation for critical integration services, safeguarding service reliability for mission‑critical customer workloads.

Drive operational excellence through automation, scalability initiatives, and cross‑team collaboration.
