This fully remote role allows candidates to work from anywhere within the state.
The position involves managing a personal caseload and collaborating with a seasoned Partner to develop litigation strategies and provide exceptional client service.

Duties Handle a diverse caseload of Workers' Compensation defense matters.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and client consultations.
Review and analyze medical records to support case development.
Draft clear and concise legal documents, motions, and pleadings.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Manage work independently in a remote setting.
Requirements Minimum of 1+ years of experience as an Attorney.
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
Experience reviewing medical records and drafting legal documents is a plus.
Education Juris Doctorate (JD).
Certifications Active Florida Bar Membership in good standing.
Skills Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
Experience in remote or virtual legal settings preferred.
