Key Duties
Structure and negotiate M&A deals, equity raises, and debt financing, including SAFEs, warrants, and convertible notes.
Advise startups, growth companies, and PE funds on transaction strategies and risk management.
Conduct due diligence and draft agreements for complex financings and acquisitions.
Collaborate with clients to optimize deal structures for growth and investor returns.
