Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location & Compensation Maui, Hawai?i Full-Time | Executive Leadership Base salary

$275,000 – $350,000 + bonus + executive benefits Responsibilities As COO, you will run day‑to‑day operations across multiple divisions, stepping onto job sites, leading teams, and turning strategy into execution.

You will lead people, improve systems, drive results across the business, and maintain full visibility and ownership of the role.

Qualifications 10+ years in operations leadership 5+ years leading at an executive level (COO, VP Ops, GM, etc.) Background in construction, energy, or industrial environments Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus Core Skills Strong operator – executes, not just plans Understand P&L, budgeting, and forecasting Experience running multi‑site or multi‑division teams Strong leadership – people follow you Comfortable in both the field and the boardroom Equal Opportunity Statement Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
