Managing Partner
Job Description
About the Role A global IT services and consulting firm is hiring a Managing Partner to lead SAP S/4HANA growth across a designated geography or industry.
This is a senior leadership role focused on driving business growth, building long‑term client relationships, leading large transformation engagements, and delivering measurable outcomes aligned with both client and firm strategic objectives.
You will be the face of the S/4HANA practice for your market — shaping go-to‑market offers, leading early client engagements, and converting strategic pursuits into prime‑delivery wins.
Key Responsibilities Drive measurable growth (contributing to >35% YoY) in SAP S/4 project services within your assigned geography or industry.
Develop industry‑specific S/4 narratives — rooted in real client challenges, proven outcomes, and analyst‑validated results — to win with target accounts.
Partner with account teams to identify and shape early‑stage client opportunities, engaging directly with executive stakeholders to co‑develop their S/4HANA strategy.
Lead pursuits end‑to‑end on large, strategic, and transformational S/4 programs — with the goal of converting 65%+ of qualified engagements into prime‑led wins.
Oversee delivery capability within budget, headcount, and associated service obligations — balancing growth with execution quality.
Lead steering committee meetings, program reviews, and executive workshops with client stakeholders.
Qualifications Minimum 15 years leading end‑to‑end SAP ERP customer engagements — from opportunity identification through stakeholder management, planning, proposal, design, and deployment.
Minimum of 10 end‑to‑end SAP ERP engagements, including at least 6 SAP S/4HANA engagements.
Proven track record developing SAP S/4 go‑to‑market offers and industry‑specific propositions.
Deep current advisory capability across SAP S/4 (all domains), RISE, and BTP.
Very deep industry‑sector experience with analytical depth and SAP solution advisory across one primary industry and 2–3 secondary industries.
Demonstrated success leading business development and sales efforts for large, global SAP‑enabled transformation programs.
Strong ability to articulate the business value of S/4‑enabled transformation to C‑suite stakeholders — and the willingness to be hands‑on when the engagement requires it.
Experience managing teams of 50+ resources, including leveraging offshore and hybrid delivery models.
Excellent problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and ability to navigate ambiguity with ownership.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
What Success Looks Like In the first 12 months you will have established yourself as a trusted S/4 advisor to senior client stakeholders in your market, built a qualified pipeline, and led at least one transformational pursuit to close as prime. #J-18808-Ljbffr
