Job Description
Overview About this opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to define and execute the product strategy for AI-driven solutions within our cloud management platform (NetCloud), with a focus on Private 5G and enterprise wireless use cases.
This role is part of a team responsible for introducing and accelerating new technology adoption and delivering high-value capabilities that solve operational challenges for customers.
Location
Preference for Boise, ID, Plano, TX or Santa Clara, CA.
This role is not remote.

What You Will Do Product Strategy & Vision
Define the strategic roadmap and product vision for leveraging AI/ML to enhance the management, orchestration, monitoring, and optimization of private 5G networks and other enterprise wireless/networking infrastructure within the cloud platform.
Customer & Market Insight
Understand challenges faced by network operators, IT teams, and developers managing private 5G and enterprise edge infrastructure.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research for differentiation through AI.
Feature Definition & Execution
Translate market needs and technical possibilities into detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize the backlog to maximize customer value and business impact.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Solutions Engineering to develop messaging, sales enablement materials, and GTM plans for new AI-powered features.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as the product owner, guiding the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration with Engineering, Data Science, UX/UI, Architecture, Compliance/Legal, and other teams.
Technical Translator
Bridge AI research/engineering and customer-facing product value, ensuring AI models and data pipelines are integrated in a meaningful, scalable, cost-effective, and secure way.
Business Performance
Define and track KPIs related to AI feature adoption, customer value, and overall product success.
The Skills You Bring 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a Product Management role defining and launching enterprise software or cloud services.
Communication & Influence
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to articulate strategic vision cross-functionally, clarify technical nuances with R&D, and translate concepts to non-technical audiences.
This emphasis on communication is essential.
Deep Expertise in Enterprise Networking/Wireless
Solid understanding of enterprise networking concepts, including mobile wireless network infrastructure, RAN, Core, UE, routers, and switches.
Private 5G or enterprise LTE experience is a plus.
Experience with AI/ML Products
Proven track record of defining and launching products or features that rely on machine learning, predictive analytics, or large-scale data processing.
Cloud Platform Experience
Familiarity with major public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) or large-scale cloud management/orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, OpenStack, cloud-native infra).
Technical Acumen
Ability to engage in detailed technical discussions with data scientists and engineers regarding model performance, data requirements, and deployment architectures.
Education
Bachelor\'s degree in a technical area (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, etc.).
Advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits Salary range information and benefits are provided by Ericsson and may vary by location and qualifications.
Specifics include
Location-based salary details (e.g., Santa Clara
$152,400-190,500) and eligibility for annual bonus based on company and individual performance.
