REQUIREMENTS (Must Meet to Apply)

License

Active Michigan Medical License + MI DEA.

Certification

Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM) .

Certs

Active AHA BLS & ACLS required.

EMR

Epic experience highly preferred.

Background

Clean file requested for expedited credentialing.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care (Adult/Geriatric focus; minimal Pediatrics).

Maintain a manageable pace of 12–16 encounters per day.

Perform routine wellness visits, chronic disease management, and minor clinical procedures.

Ensure accurate and timely charting within the Epic EMR system.
