We are looking for a dedicated General Manager to lead our Baltimore team.

As the General Manager, you are the captain of the ship.
You will oversee all aspects of the restaurant—from the perfect toss of the sauce to the speed of the front counter—ensuring every guest receives a world-class experience in the Charm City area.
Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence
Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
You will ensure every order is served hot, fresh, and exactly to specifications.
Team Leadership
Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing crew.
You’ll be responsible for coaching team members, managing schedules, and fostering a culture of hustle and accountability.
Financial Oversight
Manage the restaurant’s P&L, including inventory control, labor costs, and waste management to maximize profitability.
Guest Satisfaction
Resolve guest issues with a "make it right" attitude and ensure a seamless experience across all channels (Dine-in, Carry-out, and Delivery).
Compliance
Ensure the restaurant meets all Baltimore City health department regulations and internal brand audits.
What We’re Looking For Experience
At least 2+ years of General Management experience in a QSR or fast-casual setting.
Experience in high-volume, cooked-to-order environments is a major plus.
Hands-on Leadership
You are a "working manager" who isn't afraid to jump on the line, prep food, or work the register during peak rushes.
Metrics Driven
A solid understanding of restaurant math, including food cost percentages, labor targets, and speed-of-service times.
Communication
Strong interpersonal skills to lead a diverse team and communicate effectively with area leadership.
Requirements
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
Compensation & Benefits Salary
Base salary of $50,000 – $60,000 (depending on experience).
