We are expanding our global footprint and seeking ambitious leaders to design a fully autonomous, portable, and high‑reward executive‑level role as Chief Growth Officer .
Role & Responsibilities Strategic Talent Acquisition
Implement innovative lead‑generation strategies across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) using proprietary systems.
Leadership & Coaching
Mentor new clients through the onboarding process and provide ongoing professional guidance.
High‑Level Interviews
Conduct structured phone interviews to identify high‑caliber candidates (full training and scripts provided).
Collaborative Learning
Participate in weekly global training sessions to stay at the cutting edge of the industry.
Experience Desired 3 years of professional experience in People & Culture, L&D, or Executive Leadership.
Proven track record of professionalism and integrity.
