Consistent surgical volume in an eye-focused ambulatory surgery center Compensation and Benefits Base salary $450,000 Partnership eligibility after 24 months Full benefits, including health insurance, malpractice, licensure reimbursement, and 401(k) 4 weeks PTO plus 6 paid holidays $5,000 CME allowance Location Middletown offers a New England setting with access to the shoreline, nearby metro areas, and multiple airports, without the congestion of larger cities.
