Responsibilities Counseling clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including general corporate, M&A, private equity, venture capital, securities, capital markets, fintech/blockchain, and cross-border transactions, and acting as a key coordinator on overall legal needs working closely with select partners of the firm with a fast‑paced and highly active practice.
Handling complex transactional work, including Corporate, M&A, Venture Capital, Financing, Funds and Private Equity matters.
Advise on Delaware law transactions and corporate governance issues.
Ability to act as a practical advisor and gain trust of multi-faceted global clients with legal needs across different legal disciplines.
Helping to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and the broader business and investment ecosystem.
Actively participate in business development opportunities.

The salary range for this position is $310,000 to $390,000, based on experience.
