Atlanta, GA (Chamblee Area / I-85 Corridor – On-Site) Compensation

$165K–$185K Base + 10–15% Bonus (Total Comp ~$200K) About the Opportunity We are partnering with a growing organization seeking a hands-on IT Director to lead and evolve their technology environment.

This role operates at a strategic level (similar to a CTO/CIO) while remaining highly involved in day-to-day execution.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the full IT function while staying close to systems, people, and business operations.

Position Overview The IT Director will oversee the company\'s entire technology ecosystem, including infrastructure, applications, and integrations.

This individual will partner closely with leadership to align IT initiatives with business goals while leading a small team and stepping in hands-on when needed.

Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the full IT environment, including infrastructure, systems, and integrations Lead and support a team of 4–5 IT professionals Develop and execute IT strategy and long-term technology roadmaps Partner with business leaders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions Identify gaps between business needs and system capabilities and recommend improvements Ensure optimization of core systems (ERP, CRM, phone systems, etc.) Troubleshoot infrastructure issues (networking, hardware, connectivity) as needed Support and maintain compliance initiatives (HIPAA experience preferred) Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Information Systems or related field 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership responsibilities Strong background across infrastructure, systems, and application environments Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (highly preferred) Ability to operate both strategically and tactically with a hands-on approach Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements Experience in small to mid-sized company environments preferred Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred Why This Role High-impact leadership role with direct visibility to executive leadership Opportunity to own and shape the IT function Collaborative, team-oriented environment Blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution #J-18808-Ljbffr
