Monday to Friday (Hybrid) Atlantic Group is hiring a Client Services Associate (Investment Management) in Boston, MA for our client, supporting investor servicing, reporting, and client communications within an alternative investment environment.
This hybrid role partners with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage investor requests, reporting deliverables, and operational processes.
The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills and experience working in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Responsibilities as the Client Services Associate (Investment Management) Investor Support
Respond to limited partner requests related to reporting, fund activity, performance metrics, and investor documentation.
Financial Analysis
Prepare investor-level calculations, customized reporting, and financial data requests related to private investment funds.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Partner with finance, investor relations, legal, compliance, and external service providers to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
Questionnaire Management
Assist with completion of investor questionnaires and information requests related to fund operations, ESG, and compliance matters.
Data Management
Maintain and update investor records, contact information, wire instructions, and supporting documentation.
Process Improvement
Support automation initiatives, operational enhancements, and workflow improvements with a focus on technology and AI-driven efficiencies.
Qualifications for the Client Services Associate (Investment Management) Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is required.
Experience
4–6 years of experience within client services, fund finance, investor relations, public accounting, or private investment operations is required.
Industry Knowledge
Understanding of venture capital, private equity, investment fund structures, and limited partner reporting is preferred.
Technical Skills
Advanced Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data or reporting tools are required, while exposure to AI tools and automation platforms is preferred.
Skills & Attributes
Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, attention to detail, discretion, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are required.
