East Coast USA. 90% remote with a requirement to travel to our office and for client meetings where required.

Role Overview The Head of Growth will be responsible for driving our company’s growth strategy in the US market, focusing on expanding our market presence and increasing revenue through innovative business development initiatives.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of building integrated digital marketing programmes and a proven track record in business growth, preferably within a marketing agency setting.
Ideally, the candidate should be based in the EST timezone to facilitate collaboration with our European office.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies tailored for the US market to meet revenue and market expansion goals.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, product development and service delivery, to align growth strategies with company objectives.
Work closely with the Marketing Team to build and execute innovative and results‑oriented lead generation and nurture campaigns.
Monitor market trends and competitors, adjusting sales strategies as needed to stay ahead in the industry.
Cultivate referral partnerships with complimentary service providers in the US market.
Adopt a consultative approach through all stages of client engagement, and work with internal teams to build and pitch successful proposals.
Implement and maintain a systematic approach, taking ownership of sales pipelines to drive efficiency and results.
Qualifications And Skills Minimum 5 years proven experience in business development or growth‑related roles, ideally in a marketing agency environment.
Comfortable with AI tools and eager to bring innovation and efficiency to the sales process.
Data‑oriented, systematic in approach to sales management, and proficient with Hubspot CRM or a strong competency in CRM systems.
Ambitious and results‑oriented, with a demonstrated ability to create and execute successful business growth strategies.
Fast‑moving mindset, valuing experimentation and testing new approaches that can be measured, iterated, and refined.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships internally and externally.
