Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead restaurant operations, ensuring policies, standards, and culture are upheld.
2. Promote integrity, honesty, and a positive culture, exceeding guest and team expectations.
3. Build and maintain a high-performing team, involved in recruiting, onboarding, and training.
4. Manage cash, oversee training, and maintain restaurant facilities.
5. Conduct regular meetings, manage payroll, and oversee P&L results.
6. Communicate company updates and develop management staff.
7. Ensure food quality and guest experience standards are met consistently.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to meet restaurant scheduling needs.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Minimum three years of food prep and line experience.
• Management experience in fast casual or similar environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Visual acuity, dexterity, and ability to work near open flames and in noisy areas.
