Your Role

As a Senior Director, you will lead strategy development, transactions, and turnarounds, collaborating with team members to improve client returns by optimizing strategies, commercial models, and functions such as sales, marketing, and pricing. You will focus on generating sustainable value through revenue growth and cost improvements, while also developing team members and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in executing strategic initiatives.
• Drive value for clients through effective business and commercial strategies.
• Support business development efforts, contributing to team sales targets.
• Mentor and develop team members for career growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients.
• Support thought leadership and intellectual capital development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics, with 8+ years of related experience; or a graduate degree with around 7 years of experience. MBA preferred.
• Experience in management consulting, especially in transactions and commercial strategy.
• Expertise in strategy development, commercial functions, go-to-market strategies, and market analysis.
• Proven leadership in complex environments, excellent negotiation skills, and willingness to travel up to 80%.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record in transactions and commercial strategy roles.
• Experience within large professional services organizations.
• Strong industry networking skills.
