Your Background:

• Our client is seeking an elite field operations leader to oversee sales and customer engagement across the Americas. You will have full ownership of revenue generation for the region, leading a high-performance team that includes account executives, solutions consultants, technical account managers, and engagement managers.

• Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles by leveraging cross-functional teams, including Legal, Engineering, Marketing, and Product.
• Build and foster long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Provide accurate forecasting and sales reporting, keeping senior leadership informed on pipeline health and progress toward targets.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performance sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in sales leadership within enterprise software, data management, or AI-driven solutions for life sciences.
