What are you up to?

Our AI recruiter has a live conversation over a video call with each of your candidates based on the interview questions you choose or that are recommended based on the job description. During the interview, our AI asks personalized follow-up questions in real-time based on the candidate's responses. Our AI recruiter can be customized to your roles in minutes and has already conducted thousands of interviews across engineering, IT, retail, hospitality, and more.

What would I do?

1. Playbook and strategy: Build out our post-sales playbook, including onboarding, enablement, success drivers, renewals, and more.
2. CS content: Develop and maintain customer enablement resources like decks, docs, and training materials.
3. Performance tracking: Monitor and report on customer satisfaction, retention, and renewals, and adjust our data-driven strategies based on customer reaction.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the founders, engineers, and sales to develop and refine customer-facing strategies and messaging based on product development and customer feedback.
5. Market research: Deeply understand the customer and research the market to stay up-to-date.
6. Data management: Own the company CRM, updating and logging customer interactions, and configuring our current setup to match the needs of the company and our customers.
