Head of Growth Marketing (Boston)

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing who shares our passion for innovation and customer delight. In this high-visibility leadership role, you'll have the opportunity to build the demand generation function from the ground up, driving long-term growth by creating integrated programs that drive net-new logo acquisition and customer expansion efforts.

What You’ll Do:

Build an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Strategy:

1. Define and implement an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth in partnership with Sales and Executive Leadership.
2. Align marketing initiatives with Target Account Lists, recommend the appropriate ABM tooling given our size and stage, measure impact of programs on pipeline progression, deal velocity and account penetration.
3. Understand the current Sales process and stages and determine where Marketing can help unlock additional value by supporting Sales as opportunities are identified and progress.
4. Develop marketing programs to increase the new logo pipeline and customer expansion revenue, aligning with growth objectives (50% YoY growth, 3x Pipeline Coverage).
5. Partner with Brand & Comms team to ensure content and thought leadership strategy adequately supports demand generation and pipeline creation needs.
6. Work alongside Sales and Go-to-Market Operations to define and build a repeatable, scalable outbound motion to support net-new logo acquisition.
7. Ensure that Marketing and Sales are connected on the prospecting strategy and partner with Go-to-Marketing Operations on the build-out of prospecting and nurture playbooks.

Scale Marketing Operations:

1. Establish the Marketing Operations function, including technology, budget management, and processes, in collaboration with Hi Marley’s Go-to-Market Operations lead.
2. Deliver Generated and Influenced pipeline insights to foster growth conversations and improve deal progression and velocity.
3. Determine the right time to move from outsourced to in-house Marketing Ops resourcing based on growth and needs.

Evolve Hi Marley’s Field Marketing Strategy:

1. Partner with Brand & Comms to enhance field marketing strategies, including tradeshows, webinars, events, and partner initiatives.
2. Plan and execute demand generation and networking events to capture leads, nurture relationships, and accelerate pipeline growth.
3. Develop and execute demand generation strategies for industry conferences and trade shows, ensuring targeted lead capture, pre-event outreach, and effective post-event follow-up to drive conversions and accelerate pipeline growth.

What We’re Looking For:

1. A rising marketing leader with 10+ years of Demand Generation and Account Based Marketing experience who has developed a broad demand generation portfolio, growing companies at a similar stage to their potential and beyond.
2. An inspiring “player-coach” who enjoys rolling up their sleeves with the team to support execution where needed but is adept at connecting strategy and execution.
3. An experienced operator familiar with implementing and managing HubSpot Marketing, and Salesforce CRM; has led the evaluation and solution selections process for Account-Based Marketing tooling.
4. A leader with demonstrable experience building ABM strategies from the ground up to scale new and existing opportunities.
5. A “driver” who innovates on existing strategies and channels while knowing where to double down on what’s working well.
6. An analytic mind with experience managing and developing insights from executive dashboards, operational reporting, and marketing revenue influence.
7. A strong communicator with interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
