Safety Manager

Job Description

As our Safety Manager, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and overseeing our safety programs. You will work closely with field crews, project managers, and leadership to create a proactive safety culture that aligns with our company values and commitment to excellence on high-quality infrastructure projects.

Qualifications:

1. 10+ years of safety management experience in heavy civil construction or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and other industry safety regulations.
3. Proven experience conducting safety training and site inspections.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage crews at all levels.
5. Ability to analyze data, write reports, and implement improvements based on findings.
6. OSHA 30 or 500 Certification required; CHST or CSP certification a plus.
7. Willingness to be hands-on in the field and work directly with crews to ensure safety is embedded in our daily operations.
