Job Description
Davis Wright Tremaine is seeking a mid-level associate to join our trademark practice in Seattle, Los Angeles, New York, or San Francisco .
We serve many well-known national companies, including major media, entertainment, wholesale and retail distributors, financial institutions, technology, food and beverage, and luxury goods brands. Ideal candidates will have:
- A minimum of three years of experience in trademark clearance, prosecution, TTAB, and enforcement.
- Law firm experience (preferred).
- Excellent client relationship skills, practical insight, creativity, and a self-starter mindset.
- Active membership, in good standing, of the local bar.

The annualized salary range for this position in California, New York, and Washington is $225,000 to $290,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full-time employees may be eligible for bonuses, health insurance (including HSA), disability insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), vacation, sick leave, and an employee assistance program.
