We are on a mission to revolutionize bladder cancer treatment with a novel, first-in-class intravesical gene therapy. Our Uro-Oncology team is expanding, offering opportunities in commercial, medical affairs, and technical operations. The Regional Sales Director, Uro-Oncology, will oversee all business and product promotion in an assigned region and manage sales teams to increase sales. The role requires coaching team members in urologic and uro-oncologic care settings.

Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Ferring products, exceeding sales goals
- Build, lead, and develop sales teams
- Implement brand strategy and regional plans
- Analyze markets and customer needs to inform strategies
- Lead daily field activities, coaching staff
- Identify new business opportunities
- Develop relationships with key customers
- Manage travel and expenses
- Share learnings and results with stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 10+ years pharmaceutical experience
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical or specialty sales and key account management
- At least 2+ years’ experience in Oncology and/or Urology, with bladder cancer experience preferred
- Proven success in leading teams within large customer organizations
- Experience in regional/national accounts, marketing, market access, analytics, or training preferred
- Product launch experience preferred
- Extensive travel required
- Strong leadership, analytical, strategic planning, communication, and organizational skills
Physical Requirements
- Sitting, walking, climbing stairs, standing, and lifting up to 20 pounds as needed
- Travel via airplane 2-3 times per year, with potential for more
Location
Southern California, within 30 miles of a major airport
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $185,000 - $235,000 plus incentive bonuses. Benefits include healthcare, 401k, disability, life insurance, wellness programs, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and parental leave. Flexible work options available for non-field roles.
