At Kimberly-Clark, we seek individuals who are committed to creating Better Care for a Better World. As a Director of Financial Reporting and Consolidations , you will lead our Corporate Reporting Consolidation function, ensuring effective processes and accurate reporting.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the consolidation function, setting strategic directions and process requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate analysis and reporting of financial results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in consolidation processes.
- Coordinate reporting with GBS (MID) to meet stakeholder needs.
- Lead projects related to new accounting standards, acquisitions, divestitures, and other initiatives.
- Manage transformation projects, system implementations, and provide technical accounting support.

Qualifications include:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant accounting and reporting experience.
- Expertise in financial reporting, accounting principles, and Sarbanes-Oxley.
- Experience in a multinational public company or Big 4 firm, SEC reporting preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Educational background in finance or accounting; CPA strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion is a plus.

Compensation
Salary Range: $181,220 – $234,260 USD, including potential bonuses and benefits. Actual pay depends on location, skills, and experience.
