Your opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to be a key member of the Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting team. This role involves preparing and managing the company's financial reports for quarterly, annual, and ad hoc requests, along with process improvements. The individual will also maintain accounting policies and prepare technical memos to address complex accounting issues arising from transactions or new accounting standards. This position reports to the Director of Technical Accounting.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare financial statements, disclosures, and ad hoc reports
• Assess and implement changes to presentation and disclosure guidance
• Support monthly/quarterly management reports
• Research and document complex transactions and accounting treatments
• Draft technical accounting memos
• Assist in training internal teams on technical accounting topics
• Help operationalize changes related to new transactions or GAAP updates

This role requires

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance with CPA license
• 6+ years of relevant experience, including Big 4 public accounting
• Strong background in financial reporting
• Moderate technical accounting expertise with thorough knowledge of US GAAP
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Docs and Sheets; intermediate Excel skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Bonus points if you have

• Experience with compliance tools like Workiva
• Experience with NetSuite

Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Compensation ranges from $142,000 to $178,000 USD, with eligibility for bonuses and benefits as detailed.
