BCG is committed to hiring and developing top talent. We are transforming our operating model to leverage SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud as our new ERP. We are seeking an experienced ERP Engineering Senior Manager for our Finance product team.

What You'll Do

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering robust and performant solutions supporting BCG’s Finance function, focusing on our ERP platform, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. Working in an Agile environment, you will be a hands-on contributor and leader throughout the project cycle. You will collaborate with teams to build new functionality, assist with architectural designs, define sprints, and translate requirements into solutions. You will serve as line manager for engineers focused on SAP components such as Business Technology Platform (BTP), Cloud Foundry, iFlows, and Data Sphere. Responsibilities include:

• Define architecture and standards for SAP BTP services like SAP Integration Suite, SAP Extension Suite, SAP BPA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BTP AI, and SAP Data Sphere.
• Lead development and deployment of custom applications and extensions on SAP BTP.
• Design data management and analytics solutions on SAP BTP using tools like SAP BPA, SAP CALM, SAP Data Intelligence, SAP HANA Cloud, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Establish security standards for application development, data management, and integration on SAP BTP.
• Provide regular updates to project managers and leadership on SAP BTP activities.
• Mentor a global team of engineers on SAP technologies.
• Act as escalation point and SME for production support incidents related to BTP.
• Ensure solutions align with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud capabilities and extensibility.
• Create clear Technical Systems Design documents based on business requirements.
• Support current application environment collaboratively.

What You'll Bring

• College degree and 8+ years of experience in business applications or consulting.
• Fluent in English; global experience preferred.
• 7+ years in SAP and related ecosystem, with deep expertise in SAP BTP components like SAP Extension Suite, SAP BPA, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Analytics Cloud, Cloud Foundry, and SAP AI BTP capabilities.
• Experience in designing and implementing SAP BTP solutions at scale.
• Expertise in cloud architecture, API management, and integration.
• Proficiency in SAP development tools and modern practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in Agile environments and secure application development.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and learn quickly.

You will report to the Technology Team Lead for SAP S/4HANA, working closely with engineering chapter leads, solution architects, product owners, and the broader engineering community to implement best practices and deliver business outcomes.
