Role Overview

The Sr. MSL will establish and maintain scientific and clinical relationships with medical professionals and researchers within a therapeutic area of focus. The team will ensure compliant, effective scientific communication and education related to disease states of interest to Jazz Pharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities

1. Provide scientific exchange regarding FDA-approved and pipeline products.
2. Establish and maintain relationships with opinion leaders.
3. Support development of pipeline compounds and research collaborations.
4. Support clinical research activities and investigator-initiated studies.
5. Collaborate with internal teams including Medical Affairs, Commercial, and R&D.
6. Educate payers and key decision makers on product efficacy and economic data.
7. Report adverse events according to company policy.
8. Represent Jazz at scientific conferences and meetings.
9. Manage projects with leadership and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent) or licensed NP, CNP, PA with a Master’s Degree.
• At least 3 years of MSL or similar experience.
• Experience in Sleep Medicine or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and healthcare landscape.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and work flexible hours.
