Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Asset Managers in managing and overseeing commercial and multifamily real estate investments.
• Develop and execute property-specific strategies and analyze major leasing decisions.
• Perform feasibility studies and evaluate property-level performance against industry benchmarks.
• Prepare quarterly and annual property reports and budgets for a portfolio of assets.
• Assist in the review of valuation models and participate in acquisition and disposition processes.
• Communicate with third-party property management and leasing personnel.
• Review lease submittal packages and evaluate prospective tenant businesses.
• Collect and analyze relevant market reports and transaction-related data.
• Support compliance with asset-specific lender requirements.
• Enforce internal audit requirements with third-party providers.

Required Experience:

• 2 – 5 years of experience in the commercial and/or multi-family real estate industry.
• Property level experience is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Four-year undergraduate degree in Business or related field; postgraduate education is a plus.
• Strong computer literacy including fluency with Argus, VTS, RealPage, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Effective interpersonal, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand and interpret commercial lease agreements.
• Demonstrated prioritization, organization, and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel for asset management-related property visits.

Salary Range:

$105,000 - $115,000 annually, including salary and incentive pay.
