Translate product functionalities and technical details into user benefits and value.
Develop content to support the sales process and ensure clarity and consistency of messaging.
Create materials such as product demos, PPTs, feature briefs, case studies, brochures, white papers, and videos.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop product positioning and messaging.
Serve as the subject matter expert for product marketing content.
Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful utilization of the CatchProbe platform.
Own onboarding processes, working with clients and internal teams to onboard and train new customers.
Support and coach clients on the platform.
Master the product offering and evaluate end-user needs.

Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B/B2G product marketing.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly language.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong copywriting and proofreading skills for marketing collateral.
Deep understanding of customer needs and product positioning.
Strategic thinking, prioritization, and independent execution abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Criminal Justice, or related field.
3+ years in SaaS customer success, account management, or consulting.
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience with OSINT domain.
Results-driven, organized, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English communication.
