The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Responsibilities include supporting overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through guest services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage management, and inventory control. Must be at least 18 years old, have a flexible schedule, and be able to stand and walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
