• Identify new product-market opportunities and M&A targets
• Ensure excellence in manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and logistics
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and disciplined cost control
• Oversee capital investment and operational scalability initiatives
• Partner with the CFO to ensure financial transparency and strong EBIT performance

Your Qualifications

• Proven success as a CEO, President, or senior executive with full P&L responsibility in food manufacturing, agriculture, or CPG
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth through commercial strategy and operational leadership
• Deep understanding of both branded and private label business models
• Experience leading complex operations across manufacturing and supply chain
• Visionary, strategic thinker with strong commercial and financial acumen
• Collaborative and authentic leader with high standards for performance and culture
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
