We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team as we enter an exciting chapter in Exclaimer’s growth. We currently handle ~400 million emails a week and are growing considerably month on month. As Senior Product Manager, Channel Partnerships, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for our channel partners—resellers, distributors and other go‑to‑market allies. You’ll translate commercial objectives into partner‑centric features and experiences that drive activation, adoption and revenue growth in tight collaboration with sales, marketing and engineering teams.
This role reports to a Director of Product and is a key member of the Product & Design Team and will be leading the product efforts in all of Exclaimer's channel sales. Channel sales make up a significant proportion of Exclaimer’s revenue today, and providing a great product experience to our partners and their end customers is key to our continued strong commercial growth.
In taking this role, you will have all the support, resources, and flexibility needed to tackle the great challenges that come with scaling a successful business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the channel partner product space, primarily in the U.S. market, partnering closely with resellers, distributors and other go‑to‑market allies
- Translate business and commercial strategies into a clear, actionable channel product roadmap
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Partner Success to align on partner needs, launch plans and enablement materials
- Define and track key channel KPIs (e.g. partner activation, adoption rates, revenue contribution) and iterate on the roadmap using those insights
- Develop partner segmentation strategies and tailor product approaches for different partner tiers
- Lead a cross-functional team, collaborating with technology, design and go-to-market teams like channel sales to continually set and execute product plans
- Present insights, progress and plans to Product & Technology and the wider business, including C-level and Senior Management team.
- Leverage the skills and knowledge of others to create a strong team environment and collective capability.
- Lead and organise a team to energise and guide them through the product build journey.
- Lead execution of channel features and enhancements—working hand‑in‑hand with Engineering, Design and Support to ensure timely delivery
- Gather continuous feedback from partners in market, conduct research and synthesize insights to prioritize the highest‑impact opportunities
- Present partner performance, roadmap updates and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and executive leadership
- Collaborate with Product teams working on Direct customer experience to ensure alignment and visibility for product areas
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- Several years of product management experience, with at your most recent role being partner‑facing or channel‑focused
- Deep understanding of reseller/distributor business models, partner ecosystems and SaaS channel best‑practices
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex commercial goals into product requirements and deliver against a roadmap
- Strong data literacy—comfortable defining metrics, analyzing partner performance and using insights to drive decisions
- Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) tools or partner portals such as Impartner is a plus
- Previous experience integrating SaaS solutions into distributors
- Experience working with connection brokers such as cloud blue is a plus
- Exceptional cross‑functional collaboration skills: you know how to influence Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Operations
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, able to build trust with both internal teams and external partners
- Self‑starter mindset with the ability to own a domain end‑to‑end and adapt quickly in a fast‑moving environment
