Managing Director (Town of Islip)

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Managing Director to lead the end-to-end strategy, development, and delivery of our cybersecurity software solutions. This executive-level role is responsible for driving innovation, managing cross-functional product development teams, and ensuring our cybersecurity offerings remain ahead of emerging threats and compliance demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the company’s vision and roadmap for cybersecurity software products.
• Lead long-term planning, innovation initiatives, and product portfolio expansion.

Product Development & Technology Oversight

• Supervise the development of cutting-edge cybersecurity tools
• Ensure compliance with secure software development lifecycle and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee integration of DevSecOps practices across teams.

Team Management & Talent Development

• Build, lead, and scale multidisciplinary engineering, product, and cybersecurity teams.
• Foster a high-performance, secure-first engineering culture.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to security standards
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and audit teams on risk mitigation.

Client & Market Engagement

• Develop deep partnerships with customers, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
• Represent the company at cybersecurity conferences and public sector initiatives.
