About the Role

Within our Corporate and Business Strategy services, you will help clients solve complex problems and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market. Your work will involve analyzing trends, exploring new approaches, and assisting organizations with growth, profitability, shareholder value, and sustainable strategies.

Leadership and Responsibilities

As a Manager, you will be part of a problem-solving team, helping to develop solutions from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities include:

• Developing new skills and resolving team issues
• Coaching team members and encouraging their development
• Analyzing complex ideas and building recommendations
• Using data to inform decisions
• Building consensus and simplifying complex messages
• Upholding ethical standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum 7 years of experience
• Preferred: MBA degree

Preferred Skills and Experience

You should have extensive experience advising Pharma and Life Sciences companies, leading client engagements, building client relationships, and managing teams through complex projects. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills are essential.
