Business Development Director (Town of Islip)

Location: Singapore/China

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Director with expertise in industrial park development and construction in both Singapore and China. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth, leveraging their extensive network, and fostering strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the business development team to identify new opportunities, develop markets, and secure profitable deals.
• Utilize an extensive network of developers, investment funds, and listed companies to foster collaborations.
• Develop strategies for market penetration in both Singapore and China’s industrial park sectors.
• Ensure alignment of business development strategies with corporate goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in business development within the building construction industry in both Singapore and China.
• Familiarity with Singaporean and Chinese industrial park development and construction landscapes.
• Established connections with active developers, investment funds, and listed companies in both regions.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin; excellent communication skills for effective negotiations.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field; Master’s preferred.
