Chief Executive Officer Denver's Early Childhood Council Shaping Strong Futures Together (Denver)

Denver’s Early Childhood Council is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead their team.

The CEO will focus on the creative and strategic visioning for the organization while overseeing the day-to-day operations and activities. They will coordinate and lead a professional staff and serve as the primary spokesperson for DECC to achieve its mission, goals, and objectives. This role requires unique skills to develop and sustain collaborative community partnerships, be an effective leader within a dynamic political landscape, and drive equity-centered outcomes.

The CEO reports to the Board of Directors through the Chair and directly supervises the Chief Program Officer, Director of Communications, Director of Accounting and Data, and the Development Manager .

This role is hybrid in nature , requiring all employees to be based in the Denver Metro Area for frequent in-person events and meetings.
