Qualifications

• Required qualifications:
• Masters degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare Administration.
• Proficiency in computer operations, including word processing.
• Demonstrates community commitment.
• Ability to lead at all levels of management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must obtain Sexual Harassment Certification within 6 months and maintain it biennially.

Compensation and Benefits

The hospital offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, allowing employees to tailor benefits to their needs. Our Total Rewards package includes paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and voluntary benefits. The estimated total compensation for this role ranges from $250,000 to $350,000, including wages, benefits, and other compensation. The final offer will depend on factors such as experience, education, credentials, and skills.
