Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Masters degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare Administration.
- Proficiency in computer operations, including word processing.
- Demonstrates community commitment.
- Ability to lead at all levels of management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must obtain Sexual Harassment Certification within 6 months and maintain it biennially.

Compensation and Benefits
The hospital offers a competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package, allowing employees flexibility to tailor benefits to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many voluntary benefit options. The estimated total compensation for this role ranges from $250,000.00 to $350,000.00, including wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation. The exact starting salary will be determined at the time of hire, based on factors such as skillset, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
