Study Executions/Operations

Location: Cupertino, CA // onsite

1. Require candidates with prior experience working in an Apple Store and communicating with customers in real-time.
2. Share customer studies and inputs with the R&D team.
3. Manage facilities and conduct user studies, including device inventory, preparation, and setup of study devices.
4. Assist with the development of instructional materials as needed, and set up and break down study session areas.
5. Lead in-person study sessions, engage and communicate with participants, and troubleshoot study devices.
