Job Title: Multi-Unit General Manager

Join us at Goodwin Recruiting as a Multi-Unit General Manager for our upscale, trendy restaurant concept. We are seeking an eager leader to oversee a high-volume restaurant team and support multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper training, coaching, and supervision of the team
• Manage scheduling, hiring, and onboarding processes
• Take ownership of team members' performance development, reviews, promotions, and terminations
• Ensure compliance with all opening and closing procedures
• Resolve customer service issues professionally and efficiently
• Support and oversee multiple locations as needed
• Act as P&L owner and champion for guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a similar role managing a primary operation and supporting 3-5 additional locations
• Experience in upscale or fine dining concepts
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Outgoing personality with ability to engage with customers
• Flexibility to travel and adapt to business needs
• Willingness to learn and improve continuously
