What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with customers and industry experts to understand their needs and pain points
- Transform insights into a product vision and prioritize the product roadmap
- Write detailed technical specifications and collaborate with engineering and QA for product delivery
- Present product information and validate the roadmap to customers and internal stakeholders
- Innovate solutions to enhance the organization of field teams in life sciences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in building high-scale enterprise software solutions
- Proven track record in creating and defining data models
- Experience in building software integrations
- Ability to understand complex business processes and anticipate impacts of changes
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex ideas clearly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Veeva Vault administration and customization
- Familiarity with life sciences commercial business organization and processes
- Experience in creating or implementing mapping software or map-based visualizations
