What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define the product strategy and roadmap for core capabilities that power the employer
- Identify customer needs and market opportunities to shape the platform’s vision and strategy
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to determine effective technical implementation methods
- Drive a team of engineers to deliver minimum lovable products that enhance customer experience
- Utilize customer feedback to iterate rapidly and determine KPIs for measurable impact
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-7 years of experience as a product manager or in a similar role
- Strong technical skills combined with empathy and strategic thinking
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and external partners
- Capacity to analyze data and customer feedback to generate insights and motivate teams
- Passion for improving the financial lives of millions of people
