The menu emphasizes scratch cooking, offering a comfortable and satisfying dining experience from start to finish.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of restaurant leadership experience (supervisor, manager, AGM, GM).
- Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable and engaged directly with guests.
- Proven success in building sales and increasing guest counts through outstanding training practices, with specific programs or methodologies to demonstrate success.
- Effective cost controls to ensure profitability, including managing labor costs through scheduling and staffing strategies.
- A passion for food and guest service, with a hospitality-from-the-heart mindset.
Salary Range & Benefits
- $55,000 – $85,000 per year, based on experience.
