The role of Assistant Dean and Chief Financial & Administrative Officer involves overseeing financial, administrative, and operational functions of the school, reporting directly to the Dean. Responsibilities include managing financial operations, academic personnel, facilities, HR, and technology, ensuring compliance with university policies, and serving as a strategic adviser on various administrative matters.
The full salary range is $123,000 - $241,400 annually, with an expected pay scale of $123,000 - $211,800, based on experience and qualifications. Applicants must have current work authorization; sponsorship is not available.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's preferred.
- 8-13 years of related experience, including supervisory/managerial experience.
- Experience in academic personnel administration, strategic planning, facilities management, and higher education preferred.
- Discretion in handling sensitive information, with knowledge of data protection laws.
- Strong skills in metrics development, project management, conflict resolution, financial analysis, and interpersonal leadership.
