Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Exciting opportunity to join a leading private equity firm here in Miami. This role will directly support the investor relations team and have strong opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:

- Tracking outreach in the CRM – responsible for maintaining and updating contacts / opportunities across all products

- Drafting introductory emails for their respective distribution individuals

- Understand and comply with regional marketing regulations

- Conduct distribution follow ups

- Proactive relationship management

- Draft briefing notes for all investor meetings

- Maintain global roadshow calendar and work with project management on forward-looking schedules

- Liaise with project management team to ensure timely due diligence response

- Maintain target distribution lists for products and events

- Sales analysis

- Logistics: work with team administrators to book meetings and ensure travel arrangements are in place for roadshows / ad hoc meetings

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of related experience

- Highly organized individual who can work well in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail / proficient writing skills given drafting both internal and external content

- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Experience managing CRM system
