Amazon Connections is looking for a strategic, results-oriented Product Manager - Tech to own and drive the Connections reporting product. As a Product Manager - Tech, you will work across Amazon’s many global businesses, partnering closely with science teams, to deliver impact to businesses that rely on the Connections reporting.
This Product Manager - Tech should have a passion around the employee experience, improving the workplace, and driving internal change that enables employees to deliver for customers more effectively. This is a role for someone who wants to bring their product and technical expertise to a space with lots of opportunity for innovation.
Key job responsibilities
* Define the roadmap based on business impact, science requirements, customer research and product utilization
* Work with stakeholders and customers to build solutions that uniquely solve business problems while reducing the complexity of Amazon scale
* Make high-judgment trade-offs between performance, features, and speed-to-market, while mitigating risks
* Align customers and teams towards coherent product features and strategies
* Build the case for investments and demonstrate frugality by prioritizing the right initiatives to achieve the greatest impact
• Drive product improvements based on customer needs and business impact
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
