We are seeking a dedicated and experiencedTax Manager to join the San Jose team in ahybrid capacity . This individual will manage a diverse portfolio of tax clients, lead strategic planning and compliance, and mentor junior professionals—all while supporting the firm’s continued growth and service excellence.

• Manage and review complex tax engagements for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and nonprofit entities.
• Deliver proactive tax planning and consulting services to clients across multiple industries.
• Supervise and mentor staff; provide regular coaching and technical guidance.
• Conduct tax research to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the firm’s growth strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s in Taxation is a plus.
• ActiveCPA license is required .
• Minimum of8 years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.
• At least3 years of management experience , including overseeing tax teams and engagements.
• Expertise in tax strategies and regulations related to privately held companies, nonprofits, and employee benefit plans.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
