Job Description Summary:

Deliver volume and profit growth objectives on an annual and monthly basis. Manage and lead all aspects of the sales function for their division, while maintaining good working relationships with suppliers, customers, and counterparts (including corporate/cross-functional partners).

Position Summary:

This role will lead a team of sales managers and representatives, calling on chain accounts throughout Northern California.

Salary and Benefits:

• Base Salary Range: $146,880 - $183,600
• Eligible for bonus program; metrics and participation levels determined annually
• Mileage Reimbursement: 70 cents per Business Mile driven

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 7 years' experience in sales management
• Proficiency in MS Office and presentation software
• Strong communication, customer service, and multi-tasking skills
• Analytic skills and sound judgment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cross-functional experience (finance, operations, IT, HR, project management)

Physical Requirements:

Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and operate a computer and telephone.
